• Fully automatic inspection machine for prefilled syringes with water-based, clear solutions, not suitable for protein solutions
• Maximum output 12,000 ampoules/hour
• For prefilled syringes diam. 6.85-14.45 mm, height incl. flange and needle guard max. 120 mm, flange diam. max. 24 mm, depending on format set
• Automatic syringe feed from upstream machine via screw conveyor
• Syringe turning station for foreign objects and liquid residues in the needle
• Rotary device for foreign object detection
• 3 CCD cameras for
- Reflective foreign object detection station (foreign objects such as glass, white spots, etc.)
- Non-reflective foreign object detection (colour dots, colour blocks, metal chips, etc.)
- Reflective or non-reflective foreign objects and aluminium hydroxide detection station
• 1 inspection station for flange damage and missing pistons
• 1 inspection station for needle caps
• 1 inspection station for piston defects
• 1 inspection station for glass cracks and liquid level above the piston
• 1 inspection station for glass cracks and liquid level below the piston
• 3 reject ejectors:
- Non-compliant foreign syringes
- Visually non-compliant syringes
- Non-compliant syringes for leak detection
• Outflow of good ampoules via screw conveyor into 1-lane conveyor belt to downstream machine

• The machine will be available from the second quarter of 2026 and can be viewed in production at the operator's premises in China near Hong Kong
