Overview of our Range and Categories of Used Machinery
In the following we present our range of machines for use in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and in the sectors of foodstuffs, paints and varnishes. Once more, we would like to underline that the greater part of our used machinery has come from the pharmaceutical industry, but is suitable for use in other areas. This does not apply, however, to machines for the paints and varnishes sector, which can only be re-used in this designated field.
- Masticators and Mixers
This category consists of all the machines used for mixing liquid, semi-solid and solid materials. - Filling and Packing machines
This category consists of all the machines used for dispensing or for packaging liquid, semi-liquid or solid materials in e.g. bottles, tubes, capsules or sachets. - Blister Packer
This category comprises thermoform machines, and/or so-called blisterpack machines, generally used for packaging tablets and capsules, but also suitable for packaging vials, ampoules and disposable syringes. - Folding box cartoners
This category comprises machines used for packing, e.g. blisterpacks, sachets, tubes or bottles into folding boxes with insertion tab or adhesive tab closures, with or without leaflets or explanatory enclosures. May be fed manually, or fully automatic. - Labelling machines
This category includes machines for labelling round, angular, oval or flat containers by gummed, sticky or self-adhesive labels. - Tablet presses/Accessories
This category contains machines that press powder or granules into defined shapes. The basic separation takes place in eccentric presses with a single pressing station and rotary presses with multiple pressing stations. - Mills
This category consists of machines for grinding paste-like or solid materials into defined or non-defined granule sizes and/or into a desired paste consistency.
- Granulating machines
This category consists of machines which process powder into granules with a defined size. Two modes of operation are available: the dry granule process or the fluidised-bed technique. - Roller mills
This category consists of machines where solids, mixed with a fluid, are ground by being pressed between rollers. - Weighing scales
This category consists of weighing platforms, belt monitoring scales, dispenser and dosing scales, precision scales, laboratory scales etc. - Vessel
This category consists of containers which are usually made of stainless steel and come in the following finishes: single walled, suitable for heating or for cooling, for vacuums or pressurizing, with agitator or homogenizer. - Drying chambers
This is equipment which can be set at a certain temperature or programmed to simulate a particular climate for the drying process or testing of products. - Complete lines and Plants
Machines which are combined with other machines to form a complete production line and which, as a rule, are only sold as such. Exceptions can be made if an individual machine is also available independently the respective, specific category. - Color/Lacquer machines
Machines for exclusive use in this industry e.g. dissolvers, agitator ball mills, etc. - Miscellaneous
Includes all those machines that cannot be clearly assigned to any of the above categories.
