About us
Bischoff & Munneke GmbH can look back on more than 40 years of experience in the second generation in the worldwide trade of used machines from the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to used pharmaceutical machines, we also offer used machines from the chemical, cosmetics, food, paint and coatings industries.
Overview of our Range and Categories of Used Machinery
In the following we present our range of machines for use in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and in the sectors of foodstuffs, paints and varnishes. Once more, we would like to underline that the greater part of our used machinery has come from the pharmaceutical industry, but is suitable for use in other areas. This does not apply, however, to machines for the paints and varnishes sector, which can only be re-used in this designated field.
- Kneading and mixing machines
Under this heading you will find all machines for mixing liquid, semi-solid and solid materials. - Filling and packaging machines
Under this heading you will find all types of machines for filling or packaging liquid, semi-solid or solid substances, e.g. in bottles, tubes, capsules or bags. - Thermoforming and sealing machines for blister packaging
This category includes thermoforming or so-called blister machines usually for the packaging of tablets and capsules but also for vials, ampoules or disposable syringes. - Cartoning machines
In this category you will find all kinds of machines for the packaging of e.g. blisters, pouches, tubes or bottles in folding boxes with tuck flap closure or glue flap closure, with or without leaflet or folder insertion. With manual feed or fully automatic. - Labelling machines
In this category you will find machines for labelling round, square, oval or flat containers with glue labels or adhesive or self-adhesive labels. - Tablet presses and accessories
In this category you will find machines that press powder or granulate into defined shapes. The basic classification is into eccentric presses with one pressing station and rotary presses with several pressing stations. - Mills
